A team is not assembled according to personal preferences, but is put together by the responsible leadership. Each season, around 25 different personalities come together in the locker room, and they must not only support each other on the field but also adapt to each individual\u2019s habits in daily life.<\/p>\n

One can be individually talented, but alone, success will not be achieved. Team ability plays a crucial role, as well as the ability to address things at the right moment, subordinate one's own interests, and be empathetic. Above all, effective communication within a team is key.<\/p>\n

In addition, the infrastructure provided for women in sports is often worse than that for men, even within the same club. This is also accompanied by lower pay in most sports, which means that greater personal responsibility is a key part of the recipe for success.<\/p>\n

Almuth Schult was the first mother in about 20 years to return to top-level football after her pregnancy.<\/p>\n
